GREGORY KORCHEMSKY, in collaboration with Emeri Sokatchev (LAPTh, Annecy) and Alexander Zhiboedov (CERN), introduced a new class of observables for collider experiments - the energy flow correlations, describing the angular distribution of the energy that flows through calorimeters separated by some relative angles in the final state created by a source. Together with his collaborators, he developed a powerful approach to computing these observables in gauge theories that exploits their relation to correlation functions and bypasses the use of scattering amplitudes. Applying this approach, they computed the energy flow correlations in maximally supersymmetric
Yang-Mills theory at weak and strong coupling, and studied their physical properties.

OFER GABBER continued his collaborations with Lorenzo Ramero and Adrian Vasiu, and proved effective descent for étale sheaves under universally submersive morphisms (letter to Akhil Mathew).
